Huron Natural Area

Fall Engagement sessions in the Kitchener-Waterloo area are some of my favourite sessions of the year. Locations and venues that I see throughout the year for other events get put on display with glorious colours and textures. And the light is just magical, there's something about the way it hits things that just feels different than other parts of the year. I met Alyssa and Taylor through the gym we'd all been at for a few years, They're good people, clearly like each other and weren't scared away by my self deprecating humour in between burpees. Huron Natural Area in Kitchener provided a picturesque background for a wander through the woods for some photos. It's a great spot with lots of variety in amongst the trees, by the lake, on the paths or tucked into the little nooks and crannies that are scattered around the property. It's a gem that has a seemingly endless supply of wonderful photos to yield. The three of us met up just before sunset and caught the last warm light of the day before they headed off to pick up barbecue! I left feeling hungry.
